How do I get started?

Getting started with Farm to Fork Meals is easy! Simply enter your zip code to check if you're within our delivery area. Once confirmed, you can explore our diverse menu offerings tailored to your location. It's the first step towards enjoying our delicious and convenient meals.

Delivery Areas

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the contiguous US. Unfortunately, we can't deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.


MEAL PLANS:

What types of meal plans are offered?

There are three type of meal plans to choose from, including Chef’s Selection Meal Plan, Gluten-Free Meal Plan and Choose Your Own Meal Plan. Each plan menu rotates each week with 35+ meal options.

  • The Chef’s Selection Meal Plan and Gluten Free Plan are pre-select meals that are rotated weekly. You can choose if you would like to receive 12 or 24 meals each week.
  • The Choose Your Own Meal Plan allows you to pick and choose your own meals. You can choose if you would like to receive 12 or 24 meals each week.

What is the Cost Per Meal?

  • Our Chef’s Selection and Gluten Free Meal Plans cost $149.00 ($12.42 per meal) for 12 meals and $276.00 ($11.50 per meal) for 24 meals (plus tax and delivery). This is the best deal!
  • Our Choose Your Own Meal Plan costs $155.00 ($12.92 per meal) for 12 meals and $288.00 ($12.00 per meal) for 24 meals (plus tax and delivery)

How often are the meals updated?

  • Our Chef’s Selection and Gluten Free Meal Plans rotate weekly with pre-selected meals that are chosen for you.
  • Our Choose Your Own Meal Plan has over 35+ meals to choose from weekly, and rotate on a monthly basis. You must choose your meals each week to update your menu. If you do not choose your meals each week, your menu will default to the previous week and will not change.

How do I pause my meal plan?

You are able to pause your calendar for multiple weeks at a time.

To do this, simply go to your dashboard and press the SKIP button.

  • Please note: When you SKIP a week, it will pause for the upcoming week. This must be done before the Thursday at 11:59:00 EST.

How do I cancel my meal plan?

You can cancel your meal plan by calling customer service or emailing contactus@farmtoforkmeals.com each week before the Thursday at 11:59:00 EST. Any cancel requests after Thursday at 11:59:00 EST will take effect for the following week.


Allergies / Dislikes

How do you consider my allergies and dislikes when making my schedule?

We take our customers’ allergies and food preferences very seriously. Allergens and ingredients are listed online as well as on each meal label and online. To customize your meals based on your allergies and dislikes, you must be on the Choose Your Own Meal Plan.

Ordering

Do you have a minimum quantity for an order?

You can choose from 12 or 24 meals on each meal plan.


If I have an issue with an order what do I do?

Reach out to us on 833-854-8779 or contactus@farmtoforkmeals.com. Our Customer Service Representatives will help fix any issues you may be experiencing. If you can share details including videos or photos, that would help us to understand the issue and serve you best. Our goal is to ensure your issue is resolved and make sure this does not occur again with other customers.


DELIVERIES

Where do you ship?

We ship via UPS and USPS throughout the contiguous United States. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

If you are requesting shipment to a hotel, it must be within the contiguous United States and the hotel has advised you that they will accept packages for guests. 

Please confirm with the hotel that they will receive a package for you. Make sure to confirm the acceptance of packages containing dry ice (required for meals) and if you are required to check-in prior to package arrival as some hotels require you to be checked in before taking any responsibility for the package.


When will my delivery arrive?

After you place your order, you will receive your meals the following week on either Thursday or Friday.

An email update with your tracking information will be sent to you the day your package leaves the facility. 


Meals

How long do the meals last and can I freeze them?

Every meal has an expiration/freeze by date that is noted. The expiration date on shipped meals will arrive to you with no less than 5 days until they should be consumed or frozen (for up to 6 months). Note: Freeze each meal prior to the printed expiration date. No freezer burn or taste since meals are vacuum-sealed.


Is the nutritional value labeled on our meals?

Yes. Each meal has a nutritional value label.
