1. Plan Selection
Click here to read about our meal plans. When you select your meal plan, you are choosing the default diet you would like to follow while using our service. However, you are always free to change your meal plan selection.
2. Sign Up
Click here to get started and sign up for our service. You will need to provide your basic personal information, like email, name and phone number. You will also specify your preferred delivery address
3. Meal Delivery
Our meal delivery process involves plating each meal in a 100% recyclable, microwave-safe container that is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness. Meals are packaged in an environmentally-friendly corrugated box with a special thermal liner and dry ice to ensure optimal condition upon delivery.
