Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) set out the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase and redemption of any Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card. Your purchase, use, or acceptance of a Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card indicates your acceptance of these Gift Card Terms and the Farm to Fork Meals Terms of Use incorporated herein by this reference, so please read them carefully. If you don’t agree to these Gift Card Terms and the Farm to Fork Meals Terms of Use, you may not purchase or redeem any Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card.

These Gift Card Terms are in addition to the Farm to Fork Meals Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your purchase or redemption of a Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card. Capitalized terms not defined in these Gift Card Terms will have the same meaning as in Farm to Fork Meals Terms of Use. If these Gift Card Terms expressly conflict with the Farm to Fork Meals Terms of Use, these Gift Card Terms will govern, prevail and control. 

1. Redemption; Balance.
Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards can only be used to redeem eligible goods in the United States from a Farm to Fork Meals Site. Gift Cards are only valid within the Farm to Fork Meals delivery regions. Recipients are advised to verify their delivery area before redeeming. Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash (except as required by law). No portion of the balance on your Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card (“Farm to Fork Meals Balance”) may be transferred to another Farm to Fork Meals account. Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or used at Farm to Fork Meals retail store locations.

Our Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards may require the recipient (the "Recipient") to set up a Farm to Fork Meals account. In these cases, the Recipient of a Gift Card may be required to provide a credit card (or other approved payment method) when redeeming the Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card to cover recurring subscription fees that exceed the amount of the Gift Card in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges. No taxes are charged on the purchase of Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards.  Applicable taxes and shipping may be charged when Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards are redeemed. Certain products may not be available for purchase with a Farm to Fork Meal Gift Card.

Purchases made with your Gift Card will be deducted from your Farm to Fork Meals Balance. In our South Florida delivery areas, any unused Farm to Fork Meals Balance will remain associated with your Farm to Fork Meals account but if a purchase exceeds your Farm to Fork Meals Balance, you must pay the remaining amount with a credit card (or other approved payment method). In delivery areas outside of South Florida delivery areas, any unused Farm to Fork Meals Balance after a purchase will remain on the Gift Card for future use, but if a purchase exceeds your Farm to Fork Meals Balance, you must pay the remaining amount with a credit card (or other approved payment method).

2. Limitations; Restrictions; Risk of Loss.
Gift Cards are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card or use by someone other than yourself or the intended Recipient, so please keep your Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card safe. These Gift Card Terms are subject to change without notice at any time and in our sole discretion. Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards are void where prohibited.

Use of Gift Cards for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards may not be combined with certain promotional offers. We reserve the right to refuse Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card sales to anyone and limit how many Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards an individual may purchase or redeem.  If we suspect that a Farm to Fork Meals Gift Card is obtained, used or applied to a Farm to Fork Meals account (or your Farm to Fork Meals Balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card Terms, we reserve the right to void Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards or any component of your Farm to Fork Meals Balance, close your account, and bill alternative forms of payment.

3. Expiration. 
Farm to Fork Meals Gift Cards expire 24 months after the purchase date. We don’t charge activation, service charges, or dormancy fees.
